1 lb. pork or turkey sausage
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. Bisquick

Hand mix 3 ingredients together until completely blended. Roll in 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Don't let them get too brown. Will make approximately 40 balls.
