Fresh spinach
1 1/2 c. fresh strawberries
Poppy seed dressing (Marie's)
Sliced water chestnuts
Sliced red onion

Mix salad ingredients and toss with dressing just before serving. No one expects strawberries in a spinach salad! Not only does this taste wonderful, it looks really pretty!
