OREO COOKIES CAKE 
1 lb. Oreos
1 c. butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Crush cookies. Reserve 1/2 cup. Press remaining cookies in 9 x 13 inch pan. Drizzle butter over. Refrigerate 1 hour.
