CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
3 skinless, boneless sliced chicken breasts
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained, cut up
1 green pepper, diced
1/3 c. burgundy
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. granular chicken bouillon
1 tsp. sugar
Pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese
Cooked egg noodles

Cook chicken in vegetable oil in large skillet 5 minutes. Add balance of ingredients except grated cheese and egg noodles. Cover and simmer over moderate heat, 45 to 50 minutes until chicken is tender. Uncover and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve over egg noodles. Serves 5.
