EXTRA SPECIAL HOLIDAY FRUITCAKE 
1 lb. candied cherries, cut up
1 lb. dried pineapple, cut up
1 lb. flaked coconut
1 lb. nuts, chopped
1 lb. dates, chopped

Mix well and add 3 tablespoons flour. Mix well and add 2 cups Eagle Brand milk. Mix well. Pour into pans; doesn't raise. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes for small loaves, 1 hour and 30 minutes for Bundt pan. Makes 7 mini loaves or 1 Bundt cake or 2-3 regular loaves. Delicious!
