STUFFED STEAK 
2 boneless chuck steaks
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
6 lg. whole carrots
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Spray inside of bottom of roasting pan with Pam and place 1 steak in pan. Prepare stuffing mix according to directions; spoon evenly over steak and cover with other steak. Sprinkle onion soup mix over top and spoon mushroom soup evenly over all. Place whole carrots in pan beside steak, cover, and roast in 275 degree oven for approximately 2 hours or until tender. 4 generous servings.
