CORNMEAL TACO CRISP 
7/8 c. cornmeal
1 c. cold vegetable stock
2 1/2 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
Granburger or TVP prepared with beef style seasoning
Onions, chopped
Black olives, sliced
Shredded cheese

Blend cornmeal and stock in saucepan until smooth. Bring gradually to a boil; remove from heat. Blend in oil and salt. Pour mixture into shallow oiled baking pan, about 1/4 inch thick. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool slightly. Serve prepared granburger or TVP. Spread a layer on top of baked cornbread. Spread other ingredients in layers. May be eaten as is, or heated to melt cheese.
