GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
4 potatoes
4 carrots,
1 lg. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. catsup
Salt and pepper to taste

Put 1/2 of ground beef (raw) in casserole. Slice vegetables and lay on top of beef - salt and pepper to taste. Put the other half of beef on top. Mix soup and catsup together and pour on top of beef. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
