TORTILLA ROLLS 
1 pkg. of 10 flour tortillas
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1 can diced green chilies, small can
1 sm. can ripe black olives, sliced
2 tbsp. minced onion
Picante Sauce

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, chilies, olive, and onion together. Spread on each tortilla and roll each tightly. Each rolled tortilla can be cut into bite size pieces and put a toothpick into each bite for a delicious appetizer. Serve Picante sauce along side in a separate dish for dipping tortilla.

NOTE: Make these ahead of time so flavors can blend - can even freeze these until ready to use.
