SPINACH CALZONE 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
1/2 lb. pepperoni or chopped ham
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
1 jar spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Divide dough into 4 pieces. Roll each piece into a large circle. Mix spinach, pepperoni or ham, mushrooms, and cheese for filling. Put 1/4 of filling ingredients on half of each circle. Fold over dough. Seal edges with fork. Cut 3 slits in top. Pale on greased cookie sheet. Brush with egg white and water (slightly beaten). Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Heat sauce, pour over each Calzone before serving.

Filling ingredients can be changed according to tastes.
