BRAISED PORK CHOPS 
6 to 8 lean chops
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. oil
1 can cream of chicken soup

Coat chops with mixture of flour, salt, mustard and garlic salt. Brown on both sides in hot oil in skillet. Put chops in crock-pot. Add chicken soup. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high 3 to 4 hours.
