SPINACH AND NOODLES PARMESAN 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Pepper and red pepper to taste
2 c. cooked wide egg noodles

Place onion in large casserole dish; cover. Microwave on high for 3 minutes or until thawed. Stir in soup, sour cream, cheese and pepper. Cover; microwave at 50% power for 8 minutes or until hot, stirring once during cooking. Add hot noodles and toss. Serves 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
