CHICKEN-N-DUMPLINGS 
5 frozen boneless skinless chicken thighs
Water to cover chicken
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
8 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 lg. bag frozen mixed vegetables
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk

In large saucepan combine first 8 ingredients and boil for 15 minutes. While boiling prepare dumpling mixture of Bisquick and milk. Remove chicken from pan. Cool and chop. Add vegetables to pan and add water to cover vegetables if necessary. Bring to boil and return chicken to pan. Drop dumpling mixture by spoonfuls (10 or 12). Lower heat, simmer uncovered for 10 minutes and covered for 10 minutes. Serve.
