EASY CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS | |
3 lbs. chicken 2 cans milk 2 cans biscuits Cook chicken and pick off bone. Return chicken to broth; bring to a boil. Turn heat to medium. Add milk and stir alot to keep from burning. Pinch off biscuits and add to broth and chicken mixture. Stir, stir, stir. OPTIONAL: To help thicken, use 3/4 cup flour and 3/4 cup milk. Stir together and add slowly to pot. Will thicken more as it sets. |
