EASY CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS | |
4-6 chicken thighs 2 tbsp. butter Salt & pepper 2 c. Bisquick baking mix 2/3 c. milk Boil chicken with butter, salt and pepper until tender. Remove bone from chicken and place back in broth, bring to boil again. Mix Bisquick and milk like you would for biscuits. Roll out dough and cut into squares with knife. Add to chicken. Cover and cook over low heat 15-20 minutes. |
