POTLUCK CORN PUDDING 
1 or 2 sticks butter, melted and cooled slightly
1 pkg. (8 1/2 oz.) cornbread mix
1 can corn, drained (16 oz. size)
1 can cream style corn (16 oz.)
1 c. sour cream

Brush 3 quart shallow bakign dish generously with melted butter. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until well blended. Pour into prepared casserole and spread evenly. Bake 350 degrees until top is golden brown and crusty and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
