"QUICK" BEEF STEW 
3 lbs. stew meat
1 1/2 pkgs. frozen stew vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can cooking red wine

1. Place stew meat in bottom of casserole dish.

2. Place stew vegetables over meat.

3. Stir together soups and wine until blended well, then pour over vegetables.

4. Cover, bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours.
