SPAGHETTI 
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 med. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. ground beef
15 oz. can tomato sauce
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder

Saute celery, onions, and green pepper in cooking oil. Add ground beef and brown. Add tomato sauce and spices. Let simmer on low heat.

NOODLES:

Fill pan with water. Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon cooking oil. Bring to a rolling boil. Add noodles and cook 15 minutes. Drain water from noodles. Serve spaghetti over cooked noodles.
