PINEAPPLE LEMON PIE 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (chilled)
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
1 graham cracker pie crust

Combine pineapple with juice and the pudding (dry). Mix well and fold in cool whip. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate until set.
