TUNA SPREAD WITH HERBS | |
13 oz. canned tuna in water 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped 1/4 c. finely chopped herbs - tarragon, parsley, chives, dill 1/4 c. finely chopped stuff olives 2 tbsp. lemon juice Salt, freshly ground pepper to taste 2 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. mayonnaise Drain tuna. Combine with eggs. Make herb mixture of a little fried tarragon, a little dill, more of fresh parsley and chives. Mix all ingredients. Serve on crackers. Serves 12. |
