CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP II 
1 lg. bunch broccoli
3 c. water
2 c. low fat milk
1/2 med. onion, chopped
4 pkg. golden George Washington broth
1 c. evaporated skim milk

Steam broccoli and onion in water until tender; do not overcook. Cut off broccoli florets and reserve. Place remaining broccoli stems, onion and water into blender and puree. Return to pot, stir in broth, milk and evaporated skim milk, butter and broccoli florets. Reheat without boiling. Serves 8.
