PUMPKIN MUFFINS 
2/3 c. non-fat dry milk powder
6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Sugar substitute to equal 12 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. grated carrots
4 tbsp. raisins

Combine all ingredients in bowl. In a separate bowl beat eggs and add pumpkin. Add vanilla. Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
