FRESH PEACH PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jello
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
Dash salt
3 or 4 sliced peaches or frozen peaches

PIE CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
Pinch salt

Combine ingredients for pie crust. Make a ball; press out in your pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Prick with fork before baking.

Boil sugar, cornstarch, salt and water together until clear. Add dry Jello and cool. Add sliced peaches. Pour into baked pie shell. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Good with strawberry Jello and strawberries (about 1 quart).
