3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1/2 c. chocolate bits
2 c. finely chopped apples
1 tbsp. vanilla

Beat together eggs, sugar, butter and water until fluffy.

Sift together flour, cocoa, soda, cinnamon and allspice. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in nuts, chocolate bits, apples and vanilla.

Spoon into greased bundt cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees approximately 60 to 70 minutes until tests done with toothpick inserted into middle of cake.
