3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 apples, finely chopped
1 tbsp. vanilla

Beat eggs, sugar, butter and water until fluffy. Sift together flour, cocoa, soda, cinnamon, allspice. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in nuts, chocolate chips, apples, and vanilla. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes in a greased and floured angel food cake pan or 3 loaf pans.
