ELEGANT BUT EASY CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts, off the bone, flattened
1/2 stick butter
8 oz. pkg. whipped cream cheese and chives
1/2 lb. bacon

Spread cream cheese and chives on pounded chicken breasts. Put a small slice of butter on each. Roll the breasts. Wrap with 1/2 slice of bacon. Arrange in a buttered baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Finish by broiling to brown the bacon, about 5 minutes. This has a different flavor, but even children will eat it!
