FOOD PROCESSOR BREAD 
1 c. lukewarm water (105-115 degree)
1 pkg. active dry yeast
3 c. flour
2 tbsp. butter, chilled
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar

Combine yeast, sugar and water in a small bowl, set aside. Place in processor bowl flour and salt. Process 1-2 seconds, add the butter and process for 2 or 3 seconds until mixed, scrape bowl. Add yeast mixture slowly to flour. if mixture does not form a ball, add small amount of flour at a time and process until it does form ball. Place in greased covered bowl. Let rise in warm place until double in size. Shape in loaf and place in greased bread pan and let rise until its about 2 or 3 inches over top of pan. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 or 30 minutes or until golden brown. For whole wheat bread, use 2 cups white flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour.
