PICKLED NOODLES 
1 pkg. Mostacalli noodles
Yellow food coloring
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 med. cucumber, unpeeled & sliced very thin
1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 onion, chopped

Cook noodles as directed with a few drops of yellow food coloring. Rinse with cold water. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over noodles. Refrigerate and stir once. These are best if they set for a day.
