BAR BQ PORK | |
5 or 6 lb. pork roast Water Bar BQ sauce Liquid Smoke Put pork roast in crockpot. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons Liquid Smoke. Cook until done (approximately 10 hours on low). Remove from crockpot and take all the fat and skin off. Put meat in a pan with 1/2 to 1 cup of water and Bar BQ sauce to taste. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes until water is cooked out and sauce cooked in. Serve on bun. |
