BAKED ASPARAGUS 
3 tbsp. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Butter Buds
1/2 c. chicken broth, defatted
Dash of nutmeg
1 lb. asparagus, boiled

In a small saucepan, simmer bread crumbs, Butter Buds, chicken broth, and nutmeg for about 5 minutes. Arrange cooked asparagus in a casserole dish. Pour sauce over asparagus. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 3.
