IMPOSSIBLE TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10 inch pie pan (10 x 1 1/2 inch). Cook and stir beef and onions until brown; drain. Stir in taco seasoning. Spread in pan; sprinkle with chilies. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour into pan over beef and chilies. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 8 minutes). Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.
