HUNGARIAN CUCUMBER SALAD 
2 lg. cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. snipped fresh dill
Paprika for garnish

Toss cucumbers, sliced, with salt and chill 1 hour. Drain and pat dry.

Mix sour cream, vinegar, onion, sugar and pepper to taste. Toss cucumbers and sour cream. Mix and chill 2-4 hours (covered loosely). Sprinkle with dill and paprika. Serves 4-6.
