ALL - IN ONE VEGETABLE SCALLOP 
1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 lb. assorted frozen vegetables
1 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns

Combine all ingredients, except the frozen vegetables and hash browns. Simmer together until thick. Arrange frozen vegetables and hash browns in 2 quart casserole. Pour the hot sauce over the vegetables and hash browns and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
