SALMON MOUSSE 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. HOT water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 med. onion, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cooked red salmon
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried dill weed

Soften gelatin in lemon juice and dissolve in hot water. Put into blender and blend about 1/2 minute. Add onion and blend another 1/2 minute.

Add salmon, mayonnaise, paprika, sour cream and dill weed. Blend 1/2 minute more and pour into oiled mold.

Chill several hours. Unmold onto shredded lettuce (seaweed) and surround with cucumber slices and rye crackers.
