SHORT CUT PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. canola oil
1/4 c. milk

Pour oil and milk into flour and salt; mix with fork. Form a ball; cut into half.

Roll between 2 layers of wax paper to size of pie plate. Makes 2 crusts or 1 fruit pie. Cooks fast so watch carefully in 350 degree oven.
