DISH PAN COOKIES 
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oats
2 c. coconut
4 c. cornflakes

Cream sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, drop by spoonful on ungreased cookie sheet.
