VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP 
1 to 2 lbs. cubed beef (chicken or hamburger meat can be added instead)
4 or 5 med. potatoes
1 onion, diced
3 or 4 carrots
4 pods of okra
1 sm. can of sweet peas
1 can of corn (or fresh corn)
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. black pepper
Hot red pepper to taste
1/2 to 1 c. macaroni

Cook meat until tender then add potatoes, carrots, celery and okra cook until tender then add remaining ingredients cook until done.
