HAMBURGER SUPPER SOUP 
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 stalk celery
3 carrots, sliced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 c. cabbage, chopped
1 med. potato, cubed
4 c. broth (any flavor)
1/2 c. whole kernel corn
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
Pepper

Brown meat in heavy skillet with salt and pepper. Drain and add other ingredients (any order except peas). Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook (covered) 30 minutes. Add peas. Return cover and cook 10 minutes more.

Good tonight, better tomorrow night and best frozen, thawed and reheated!
