STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
1 1/2 c. strawberries, cut in sm. pieces
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cold water
2 tbsp. gelatin
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 c. whipped cream
2 egg whites
1 pkg. lady fingers, about 12

Crush strawberries with sugar. Pour cold water in bowl. Sprinkle gelatin on top. Add hot water; stir until dissolved. Add berries, lemon juice and salt. Cool, when it begins to thicken, fold in whipped cream and stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour in spring form pan that has been lined with lady fingers. Refrigerate. Top with whipped cream and decorate with strawberries.
