1 box cake mix, yellow or chocolate
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1 (6 oz.) pkg. choc. chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 box confectioners sugar

Spray a 9 x l3 pan with cooking spray. Combine dry cake mix, 2 beaten eggs and butter. Spread this mixture into the pan. Sprinkle pecans, coconut and chocolate chips on top of crust. Mix cream cheese, 3 eggs and sugar. Pour on top of cake.

Bake at 350°F for 45 mins.
