CHILI 'N BEANS 
1 clove garlic
2 onions, chopped
1 tbsp. cooking oil
2 lbs. ground beef (lean)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
2 cans red kidney beans
1 can tomato paste
1 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco
Pinch of sugar

Saute onions and garlic in oil. Remove. Brown ground beef. Meat should be in very small pieces. Add seasonings, onions, garlic, and other ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Serve in bowls with crackers and tossed salad.
