6 c. mashed potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. jar Cheese Whiz
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 1/2 sticks butter (butter), melted
1 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked

Saute onions in melted butter over low heat. In a separate bowl mix mashed potatoes and cheese. Assemble as a lasagne in this manner: Place some melted butter and onions in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place lasagne noodles on top of melted butter and then potato mixture. Repeat 2 more times, ending with butter and onions on top. Cover and bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes.
