STUFFED GRAPE LEAVES 
1 bottle grape leaves
1 lb. ground beef or lamb
1 c. rice
1 sm. can tomato paste
Oregano or basil
2 lemons, sliced

Mix beef or lamb, tomato paste and rice together. Add oregano or basil to taste. Carefully separate grape leaves. Place single leaf vein side up and put approximately 1 tablespoon of meat mixture across bottom of leaf. Gently roll leaf, folding outside corners in, into a tight "cigar" shape. Continue until leaves and mixture are used. Place rolled leaves into large saucepan. Add sliced lemons and cover with water. Simmer approximately 45 minutes until rice is tender.

Serves 5.
