CHOCOLATE - NUT PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. chopped pecan nuts
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. bourbon
1 9" pie shell, unbaked

Mix sugar and cornstarch, whisk into eggs. Add butter and bourbon, whisk after each addition. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Pour into crust. Bake 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream.
