MOM TERRY'S MEATBALLS | |
2 c. ground meat (1 lb.) 4 tbsp. uncooked rice, cooked 1 sm. onion 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. milk 1 c. soft bread crumbs 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper Knead with hands the mixture. Shape into 12 patties. Roll in flour. Brown in frying pan. Remove patties from pan, and pour in 1 can of tomato soup and equal amount of water. Replace patties and simmer 1 hour. |
