1 lb. ground cranberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 lb. grapes, halved and seeded
1 small pack marshmallows
1 bag pecans
1 pint whipped cream

Combine cranberries and sugar, set aside. Let stand for a while. Fold in grapes, marshmallows and pecans. Fold in whipped cream. Chill 2 hours before serving.
