SCALLOPED CORN 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. mustard
Dash pepper
3/4 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter

Cook and drain corn, set aside. Cook and stir onion and green pepper in 2 tablespoons butter until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in flour and seasoning. Cook over low heat until mixture bubbles, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk, mix well, boil for 1 minute. Stir in corn and egg. Pour into ungreased casserole dish. Top with crumbs and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
