HAM CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced, cooked ham
2 med. potatoes, cooked and sliced
16 oz. can green beans

CHEESE SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. American cheese

CRUMB MIXTURE:

1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Melt 1/4 cup butter and stir in flour. Add milk, stirring until thickened. Add cheese and cook slowly until melted. Arrange potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole. Cover with green beans. Pour half of cheese sauce over beans. Add ham and remaining sauce.

Mix 2 tablespoons melted butter with 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over casserole. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
