GREAT PICANTE SAUCE 
4 cans tomatoes
7 jalapeno peppers (without seeds)
1/2 lg. onion
1 sm. bell pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Fresh tomatoes can also be used

Puree in food processor. Cook for 30 minutes on stove (simmer). Use as a dip with chips. Refrigerate to store.
