TREASURE CHEST TUNA MELT | |
2 (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained & flaked 3/4 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. green onion slices 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped 1/2 c. salad dressing 1 Italian bread loaf 8 oz. Kraft sharp natural Cheddar cheese slices, cut in half lengthwise 1/2 c. chopped tomato Combine tuna, celery, onions, eggs and salad dressing; mix lightly. Cut lengthwise slice from top of bread; remove center leaving 1 inch shell. Place half of cheese in shell; fill with tuna mixture. Cover with tomato, remaining cheese and top bread slice. Wrap in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 6-8 servings. |
